Nourish Yourself: A 6-Week Fitness & Wellness Program - a TCS + @livwellcompany collab!

Step into the new year with intention. Nourish Yourself is a 6-week fitness and wellness experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, reset your habits, and create sustainable rituals that actually feel good.

Over six weeks, you’ll be guided through purposeful workouts, restorative movement, and wellness practices that build strength, mobility, and balance—both physically and mentally. Expect a blend of sweat and softness, accountability and compassion.

We will have 3 scheduled check-in individual appts. Starting 1/19 and 1/20.

What you’ll experience:

 

  • Three 30 minute meetings with Olivia Rowe. One to create your personalized plan, one to check in and one at the final week.

  • Weekly fitness classes designed to build strength, endurance, confidence & move you out of your normal routine

  •  Recovery-focused movement to support your nervous system

  •  Simple nutrition and self-care guidance rooted in nourishment, not deprivation

  • Mindset prompts and reflections to help you set intentions and stay aligned

  • A supportive community to keep you motivated and grounded

  • An personalized accountability sheet

  • A special reward for those that complete the program


You’ll leave feeling stronger, more energized, and deeply connected to yourself + ready to carry these habits far beyond the six weeks.
