YOGA

The Collective Ashtanga is our very own twist on this very powerful and dynamic practice. We take the primary series and add a little fun, music, and time to focus on a featured posture every week. Ashtanga is based on a set sequence of postures. We keep the standing series the same every week, however our seated series will offer variety and a chance to watch yourself grow stronger and more powerful in every pose. Each posture is held for a total of 5 breaths and the seated series offers a jump back, vinyasa, and jump through between each side and each pose. Making this a very athletic and challenging class. ASHTANGA

Join our experienced and talented instructors as they guide you through an intentionally planned flow sequence in a heated room that links your breath to your movement to create internal heat. This class will not only build your strength, improve your balance, and increase flexibility while also helping to detoxify your body and will leave you craving for more. This is a 60-minute class on Wednesdays and a 75-minute class on Fridays. The same sequence is practiced for 6 weeks allowing you to watch your practice grow and deepen.

One Breath + One Move = The Collective Power flow. This 60-minute heated power hour will offer all the benefits of our traditional flow with the addition of a faster pace to raise the heart rate and get the blood flowing. Perfect for the days you need to stretch & lengthen but crave the heat & intensity. The playlist is always on point as are our signature towels. POWER

THE COLLECTIVE

Yoga molded with strength & cardio! This high-intensity music-driven class has it all. The room is heated to promote flexibility, stimulate blood flow, and supercharge your workout leaving you drenched. This hour-long class includes sun salutations, body and hand weights, cardio bursts and ends with a guided meditation.

SCULPT

THE COLLECTIVE

Collective Calm is the Yin to our Yang. Come in, Collect Yourself & Calm down. You will find Collective Calm focusing mainly on the practice of Yin Yoga. Yin is a slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time (up to 2-3 minutes) Attending Collective Calm weekly will benefit you by increasing your flexibility, increasing circulation, enhancing range of motion of ligaments & joints, releasing your fascia which has many benefits on its own. By Calming down you are creating space for your body & mind to open up but also allowing our bodies the time to experience an energetic release of emotions which often harbor deep within our fascia. After you Calm down you will leave feeling longer, leaner, & lighter.

When the beauty and grace of barre meet the power and athleticism of boxing the results are HOT! The Collective Barre Burn (F) for fight is our unique twist on barre. The room is hot, the music is hot, and the power is hot! This beat-based class will work all parts of your body, starting with a warm-up, moving to the barre, punch work, and then finishing with core and a good stretch.

The Collective Barre Burn (S) sculpt class is our twist on the traditional barre class. You will still get all the grace, stretch, and small muscle movements that make you shake. We add a little heat & extra sculpting to this beat-based class to take barre to the next level and have you leaving feeling longer, leaner, and stronger.

BARRE BURN

You don't need to be a ballerina to attend The Collectives Traditional Barre class. The only heat in this class is the heat brought by the instructors, you & the music. This is a more traditional class style than our other barre classes, focusing on high repetitions & small isometric movements. You will work your entire body during this 60-minute class & develop long lean toned muscles. Meet us at the barre.

STRENGTH

The Collective Power Kick continues to keep our classes unique to our studio. A combination of traditional kickboxing combined with weights and strength training. This 60-minute, unheated class hits it all for the days you aren't in the mood for yoga. We will get your heart rate up with a generous dose of cardio incorporating the traditional kickboxing combinations and leaving time for some weight training with light to medium hand heights. Once you try this unique class you're sure to get "hooked".

POWER KICK

THE COLLECTIVE

Designed to build strength and endurance, The Collective Strength is a weight lifting class that incorporates hand weights, body weight, HIIT, and running segments. Part on the beat, part off, you will cycle through timed segments of lifting, cardio and core work, leaving all your muscles ignited. Each 60-minute, non-heated class will be held in and out of doors (weather permitting)

RIDES

Welcome to 45 minutes of power, strength, and movement. Our team of experienced and talented instructors will guide you with precision as you climb, sprint, and recover to our DJ-worthy playlist. Our Classic Ride is a low-impact high-energy format that resembles a classic outdoor ride on your bike, so much so, that you forget you are on a stationary bike. If weather permits we will offer this class like no one else, OUTSIDE on our patio!!!! Our bikes have Delta, SPD, and Cages

The Collective Rhythm Ride will bring thoughts of the dance floor to you during this 45 minute full body, low-impact, high-energy workout. You will ride to the rhythm of the music, both in and our of the saddle. The Collective Rhythm Ride features 1-2 upper body weighted sections that will tone and strengthen your arms and shoulder. Carefully crafted choreography will lite up your upper body & core. You will high five the rider next to you & leave class felling like you left the best party ever. Collect Yourself, Clip In and Ride with us. PILATES

A class unique to The Collective. Tone is our unapologetically bold & loud blend of mat pilates and strength. Expect the unexpected when you hit the mat for this class. You will use body weight, hand weights, gliders, balls, bands, or a wheel in this mildly heated beat-based class. Tone strategically targets and isolates specific muscle groups, helping you strengthen, tone & energize both your body and mind. Tone is a 60-minute class with LED lights changing with the music. This class is like no other Pilates class around.

TONE

Another TCS signature class & Savannah favorite. This high energy and challenging class marries plyometrics & yoga for a full body high intensity workout. This accelerating, strengthening & stabilizing class is for all fitness levels to help all ages understand their personal POWER. This class drives athletes to more balance & flexibility. Plyoga™ involves no equipment except you!

PLYOGA

THE COLLECTIVE

Get ready to sweat in this beat based high energy full body workout. Don't let the first 15 mins of this three segment class fool you. You will start with bridge work, move to core (working your abs and back) then move onto HIIT to finish off the class. You will leave feeling strong, long, toned and drenched in sweat. You will utilize your body weight, hand weights , and whatever other fun props the instructor feels like during your time on the mat. The cool signature scent towel will be a welcomed finishing touch at the end.
